20:51:47 [Mila] Limber steps carried her petite form gracefully from the castle in a trek toward the forest edge. She was accompanied by Chase, Suki and Seth. All Sixth years, and all having come from Crux they clearly carried the same path and pace as they hurried toward the night scheduled Herbology class. Professor Sage had requested their evening attendance for the second time, such a privilege only ever granted upon Seniors, so it seemed. Underclassmen would be educated in the same fashion once they reached the pinnacle of their schooling but alas – at this time, their lessons would be standard. School hours since past and with the chill of Spring night keeping the temperature in England still fairly cool, the exotic lass was clothed in form fitting leggings that sat snugly as a second skin along shapely legs and the pert curve of her hips. Atop this was her commonly worn Highlanders jersey, blue and sporting their emblem, the number and name of her most revered player. Booted feet picked up the pace, boundless energy having the girl rush ahead to meet the scattered group bordering the forest, Professor Sage at their head. Once everyone had seemingly arrived, the woman began their lesson, a casted orb of light keeping her visible, if gloomy in the darkness. With two hours until midnight it was late, and one of the only exceptions ever permitted to the ruling of Lights Out. An infectious grin sent to the few students around her, and presuming Calyope and Izak were nearby, the daring little minx imitated to their teacher with a whisper, “Ooch lassies and lads, calm yer tongues!” Towards the back of the grouping, her jest went unheard. When the Herbology Master finally called attention with a, “Ooch, lassies and lads, calm yet tongues!” Mila couldn't keep the laughter from her lips, though she muffled it with a hand over her mouth and friendly lean against Suki. “Ye be called here on this night-” One of the most tame and kindly of Hex's staff, if even a little eccentric, erratic and old – the woman presumably sixty, plump and looking like a brash old Scot', she was a common favourite among the students. Truly, to think of her competition? Dryke was hated even by her own favoured house, Fritzl was a sadist through and through while Blaze? Best avoid that crooked finger, or your back will be just as crooked. “Ber-neath the moons lit and ye dinna ken when the owl be up, fer the skies are the star and – Weeel, never ye mind that, fer we have a weed to find. A Nocte weed, nae unlike the Nightlocke Nocte Flora, an' jest as rare. Ye be needen the Lux Weed, bet like a dandelion if yet to think of it err in the human mind but, iridescent and casting off light yer see. Verra nice to look upon, ya ken?” The woman proceeded to give a brief history, further detail on the Nocte Weed they were to find, though Mila hardly played it any mind. Flippant and easily distracted, the girl was busied with the careful ducking and avoidance of a kamikaze moth that wouldn't go away. “Ack!” Whispering, “Chase, getitgetit!” “Er well then, lads and lassies, off yer go. An none of that funny business, I can see ye – Eyes in the back of me head yet ken. Verra keen of the eye, like a shadow in the...” her brash tone filtered off as the woman trudged through the line of trees bordering the edge of the forest, she too intent on collecting some Lux Weed for her stores. This left the students to pair and group off, generally in collections of their friends with a caster or two present to provide light – though one couldn't deny that with segregation, many of the Were and Shifter groups preferred to bring a human tool such as a torch, to avoid the need for one of them.
21:09:53 [Suki] Walking along with the others, she wasn't far from Seth but she was also close to Mila. And at the time she was trying to listen to what the teacher was saying. However when Mila went to say the same thing, she would cover her mouth trying not to laugh. It was funny ok, and she would playfully nudge Mila. Glancing toward her as she would duck about the same moment, as Mila did cause of the moth. However her gaze would linger over the surrounding area. The woods wasn't that bad at all, and it was the time she was outside. She had her wings out as well, moving to stretch them slightly. The fae that she was, she seem to enjoy the night he most sometimes. The silences except for the slight glow near the ground. The Auris Snails seem to move across the ground, with the light glow coming off the shells. A smirk touching her lips, and she would lightly nudge Seth upon the other side. At the time she wasn't sure what she wanted to do in this class. It wasn't that she didn't like the class, it just seem her mind was elsewhere perhaps. A few locks falling into her face from the gentle breeze passing the group. "So how do you think the games are going to go, once they start?" yes she was talking about Dball. She was curious how the Crux would do. Plus she had to get a cheer team, for this year as well.
21:11:05 [Calyope] TIme had passed since Caly's drunk Christmas, thank the stars. Now it was late on February the 13th. She was in her Herbology class. Dark hair was tied back in the navy HEX ribbon and she'd opted for the Tartan skirt, white shirt, knee socks and black shoes for the night. Traditional uniform. She'd kep ton the low end of the social pole for a while. Currently, in the class, she would offer a warm smile to Mila, Suki, Izak If he was there and a curt nod and pleasant smile to Chase. She had her torch, and a notebook full of the notes. She may have been a Siren but she was also a student in the top 5 or so of her class. Studious, would probably have been the better term . What else could one do when they stayed alone? She listened to Professor SAge, solemnly. In all honesty, the little siren would much rather havebeen swimming, or, at this time of night, asleep. She wasn't one to horse around in class, but she did snicker softly at MIla's imitation of the boisterous professor. She gave a sympathetic smile to Seth She'd let out more of her powers than anticipate at Christmas and still felt aslightly bad about it. She feared it'd made him uncomfortable, yet she'd enver spoken to him really about. She'd need to apologize to him soon enough. She followed the the teacher and zoned out of conversation pretty much. DBall just wasn't her thing.
21:27:32 [Seth] There was something on Seth's mind, and to one's surprise he was the quiet one on the way down to the forest, dragging behind the trio with a hand wrapped around his shoulder-bag strap while his eyes were fixed on the ground. Normally he'd at least be one to crack a remark here or there, but when something was up with Seth, it was fairly evident. He took advantage of the fact to not adhere to the dress code when he had the chance. Black jeans clung to his legs, suspenders straps and chains sitting idly against his limbs. Rather than boots, Seth wore a pair of low-tops, seasoned with use as his comfy tredders for the forest. They just made him feel light on his feet, really. A grey muscle shirt clung to his slender, but athletic frame, but to accomodate for the chill of the spring air, a coat was worn overtop, undone and of a quite eloquent design. The coat sported a tail, draping down to nearly his knees, and a hood that was naturally buried under his dreads that were let loose tonight, though pushed back behind his shoulders save for several rebels that refused to comply. Finally, a scarf covered his neck. The colours of house Crux, although in the darkness you couldn't really identify that. He remained by the back of the pack, but should anyone even offer him a glance he at least was aware enough to let his hazel hues rest on them, full lips quirking into a subtle smile that could keep one warm for a little while deep down. When the teacher spoke up, Seth's straightened up some. Long enough at least to keep her content with Seth's quiet enthusiasm. All the little things his housemates didn't go unwatched. A moth messing with Mila and Suki warranted a smile, but it faded quicker than it had appeared. When finally called to track down this Lux Weed, the Fae started off on his feet without a means of planning out a strategy. Plenty of time to do that on the walk, right? He passed by Caly with a light brushing of shoulder-to-shoulder, glancing at her and nodding to acknowledge her in greeting. He continued to tread, whether or not anyone followed him right away. At least keeping his mind on getting through the class successfully would ensure he didn't dwell on the matters that were troubling him. At least, that's what he was counting on.
21:38:39 [Chase] As if Desperation Day wasn't stressful enough. Now they were kept from their warm beds, well, Chase was kept from his. No doubt the others would be excited to be out after lights out. But Chase liked sleep. They were old friends, and one that he liked to spend a lot of time with. Given the choice, he was an early bird, not a night owl. He headed down to the forest's edge walking on the other side of Mila as Suki, his hands stuffed into his jacket pockets. He was wearing his usual smudged jeans, ripped and faded with stains that would never come out. Work boots and a tee that was rather unremarkable. After leaving the confines of the school his chestnut eyes flicked off to one side as he casually created a compact, intensely bright orb of light to light their way. Reaching the other group of sixth years he muted the glow from the orb into a dull grey, focusing on Professor Sage, though he rolled his eyes at Mila's imitation. He listened to Sage in her grumpy Scot voice. The eccentric Herbology teacher was one of his favorites. Though mostly because he was an Earth Mage and he had a way with plants. He'd give a nod to Caly when she showed, and then he'd arch a brow and lean aside as both Mila and Suki dodged a harmless moth and he grinned, shaking his head. He loosened his constraints upon the orb, letting it glow brighter to attract the moth away from the girls. He'd reach over and run a hand over her long, sable tresses, "There you go. That mean ol' moth won't hurt you." He grinned a little. When Sage wandered off into the woods he released the constraints upon his orb of light completely and Looked around to his fellow sixth years, "Shall we then?"
22:00:14 [Izak] Hands stuffed into his pockets, the Were quickly padded his way after his peers, shoulders jostling with both movement and stifled laughter as Mila’s mimicking of the well known Professor Sage. The list required for the class was bipped off in an endearing Scottish accent. And so the scavenger hunt began, leaving the students to form their groups based on friends, species, and the like. Unlike the majority of his kind, Izak opted to mingle with the mages and other Ether-touched. He huddled up amongst Mila, Seth, Chase & Caly. Grey hues flickering between the mages, he raised his brows and clapped twice – “Clap on;” He chimed before pausing then tossing his shoulders back in a shrug. “It was worth a shot.” Onwards with the assignment - though they were likely to veer off track into their usual shenanegins sooner or later.
22:11:04 [Mila] My hero! Chase stepped in to the assistance of Suki and Mila's equal terror and distaste and the flying ball of hideous and germs. She allowed the familiar pat of her hair – a social little minx, and one with impractically long hair, people were always giving it a bit of a tug or pat. Girls especially, who were often commenting that they wish they had hair like hers. The exotic lass cast her iridescent orbs of crystalline to the others, before answering Suki in kind. “We're going to win!” There was laughter in her tone, Australian accent all the more prominent when she grew excited. “We shall.” Class beginning, students meandered off and blissfully ignorant to the obvious removal from their presence, the flippant little lass skipped off after Seth, truly expecting the others to follow along. 'Clap on' useless and failing to bring light, with a flick of her fingers and concentrated glaze to her eyes the Mage completed the simple task all the casters who would have perfected years ago. A simple orb appeared and grew in a pandemonium or fluttering ether, sparking some before settling into a soft, illuminative glow. Another shift of her wrist and it was brought higher and bid to follow her where she went, a little to her left and just above her eyesight. The result? Slight visibility given to the gloom of the forest. None too much, for while she wasn't a true fan of the darkness alone – in a group, Mila could find beauty in the darkness, especially with the trails of Auris Snails webs of journey. True to form and oblivious to the discomfort of others, as Seth was the only one ahead of her, the girl took a little run up, sprinted and launched herself at his back. Without his wings on display it was each for her to hook her arms loosely about his neck, legs hanging at his waist. “Mush!”
22:35:24 [Calyope] It was Desperation Day? Valentines Day hadn't even registered in the mind of the caramel eyed lass. In fact it had been the furthest thing in her mind. Instead she'd turned all her focus and attention onto her school work. She felt the feather [forgive the pun] light touchof Seth'sshoulder upon her own adn cranned her neck up, offering a soft smile. A soft song played over her lips.. Lately she'd been favoring Greensleeves. Tonight, however, she'd opted to just hum and sing little floruishes and runs. Nothing too outstanding, Not enchanting, not soothing. More to keep herself occupied. This was a very different girl than the one they had seen around Christmas. This one was very quiet, and very keep to herself. Had something changed in the girl? Quite a lot. The main one, was she was drinking. She tucked her hands together and just wlaked with the group, silently watching and chuckling, gently, at Mila telling Seth to 'Mush."
22:42:06 [Seth] With the class assignment in mind, it was still only his primary objective. His eyes were scouting, perhaps a little too much to be out looking for one Lux Weed. The auris snails caught his attention. Hazel hues jumped from one to another, all different sizes. The small ones didn't interest him though. It was when he spotted a moderately large luminating shell that Seth finally stopped for the first time. He heard the others starting to gather behind him, and even turned to look at them from over his shoulder for a moment. Seemed they had their group. No doubt when Mila cheered about winning this year, Seth supported the laughter with a conjured smile. He crouched down over the snail he spotted that was running down the side of the tree. It's moisture glowed remarkably bright, meaning that it must've had plenty to harvest. A large jar was taken from his bag, already decorated wtih grass, small sticks and other things from the wood. Popping the lid open he held it under the bugger, and let it slide into its makeshift little home. After sealing the jar up and quickly tucking the new pal into his bag he stood up straight, and began to continue right along with the search for the weed. He didn't expect to become a victim of Mila's energy, but he did see it coming with the sound of her boots behind him kicking off the dirt as she came closer. He had already leaned forward just slightly to provide a better cushion for Mila to launch herself onto. Six years spent hanging out together, another piggyback ride never hurt. His arms wrapped around her thighs, acting as stirrups for her legs to keep her body supported, and at the command to mush he started walking straight into the thicket. He wasn't about to run full speed unless there was a clear way to do so. Plus, with Mila's light they could get right to work on scouring the grass to find the Lux Weed. "You guys comin'?" Seth called behind him, turning around with his passenger to face Chase, Caly, and the others. He wriggled a little bit, hoisting his rider up slightly to reaffirm her solid seat on him. He made a gesture with his head to direct them the way he was walking, and then turned to resume the same path. It wasn't long before he playfully took several really quick steps to make Mila think he was going to sprint. But nope! False alarm! He was clearly finding ways to amuse himself.
23:04:32 [Chase] Of course they were coming. This class might not be the most exciting, but skipping it was still punishable with lashes. Mila's enthusiasm at their Durusball prospects brought a smile to his lips, though it was soured for a half second by her actions after that. But his smile returned none-the-less as he ventured into the woods. Seth's snail collecting went relatively unnoticed by Chase, mostly because he was used to seeing the snails on his tuesday night excursions. He no longer paid them any more mind. His chestnut eyes were scouring the brush for the Lux Weed they were supposed to be gathering, though in all honesty he didn't expect to find any this close to the edge. He began to veer off from the others a bit, spreading out to better search. Or at least that's what it looked like. He took his intensely glowing ball of light with him, moving along parallel to the Fae giving the Seer a piggyback ride. His hands returned to his jacket pockets as his face took on a look of intense concentration as he moved ever deeper into the fairly unfamiliar depths of the Hex woods. The only people who really knew these woods? Werewolves. They roamed them on every full moon. While Chase's excursions into it only really took him to the Meth Lab and his little practice arena. He brought up his balled fist, still inside his coat pocket, up to his lips to cough a couple of times before his head returned to shifting back and forth, looking for the Lux Weed. One of his black curls dropped into his line of sight and he repeatedly blew at it, trying to get it out of his eyes while also too lazy to take one of his hands from his pockets to push it back.
23:16:28 [Mila] Again, Mila went without noticing the quiet that had come upon her friends, particularly the sombre attitude affecting both Chase and Seth. Instead, she remained perched on her pack-horse, laughing and carousing with each taunting, hastened step, and probably swatting him on the shoulder or much like whenever he slowed again. His earlier collection of Auris Snails went unnoticed. They were relatively commonplace and living so many years at Hex with hours between nightfall and lights out – particularly in the Winter months when England's sunlight faltered early, they were not something that garnered her attention, save for the occasional glance at their ebb and flow of their trails. Pretty, really. Flippant as ever, the femme questioned the others, “What are we looking for again?” It wasn't as though Mila was foolish, nor rebellious. She lacked only the ability to keep herself still, interested and concentrating on subjects that did not inspire her. Needless to say, striking crystalline eyes did not spy the requested weed. A blissful and unimportant task, but a moment of rousing imagery flashed beneath her mind's eye. Startled, she jerked slightly in her seat. War? Too soon, the barely visile imagery was lost to her clutch. Instead only worry and confusion resided, but Mila said nothing only lapsed into an unnatural quiet.
23:23:32 [Calyope] To follow Mila and Seth, or to follow Chase... Ahh the options for the Siren. She thought a moment and resecured her onyx locks. She gave a stretch and a long sigh, nearly an aria of sorts. It was true the Siren had a lovely voice. It was even lovelier when she added her two most practiced abilities to it. Tonight, however, it was just Calyope singing to herself. Staying out of trouble for the most part. She looked to the side and bit her lip. She couldn't in a right mind let a fellow classmate go roaming alone. Had the classmate in question been were or shifter, It would've been different. However , Chase was a mage, an earth Mage. She made her way after him . She reached out to touchhis shoulder, barelyy Just enough to rouse his attention. 'Chase. You shouldn't wonder off on your own. Safety in numbers." Her voice was still super soft... "Chase, " She couldn't find the right thing to say and isntead of being the elegantly loquacious verbalist that she normally was, she remained silent. She left the curly haired man to his own devices and turned to go back to Seth and MIla, only to be the most graceful of creautres and trip over her own feet and land with a thud on the ground behind them. She winced and bit down into her lip with a whimper.. "Saints alive. Tripping and falling in the forest. Calyope Elena Kirras. YOu can't even manage a jaunt in the woods without falling."
23:34:36 [Seth] Felt Mila swatting him, which warranted a small shrug of those shoulders. He was only enjoying himself! And by the sounds of it, so was she. It was definitely a way for him to lose focus on his troubles. Mila just seemed to a be a fitting remedy to his nerves. A glance was cast sideways through the foilage to spot Chase behind several trees, covering more area. He could hear him coughing, but it didn't concern him. The earth mage he knew was an expert in the forested areas, for being a mage. He always passed these lessons with flying colours. At Mila's question he brought his head to turn so that his eyes to meet hers. A smirk occupied his lips, clearly asking her silently if she was comfortable up there. "A Lux Weed. It looks like a dandelion, but its petals look almost like glass. It's really hard to spot if you don't have a light to shine on it, even with its glow." He took several steps further before he felt his rider jerking in her seat, making him momentarily stumble forward. He quickly caught himself before anything bad came of them though. If only the same went for Caly right behind them. "Whoa, hey! Easy, I don't buck anymore remember?" he mused with a chuckle, tilting his head back to look up at Mila while he turned to the fallen Caly who cursed under her breath behind them. "Are you okay?" he asked Mila, who he had thought almost lost her own balance there before he leaned over Calyope. "How about you?" Arms shifted slightly, adjusting again to make sure his Crux mate was safe and secure on top of him.
23:47:26 [Mila] There was a useless nod given behind his back and in the shroud of gloom when he explained the matter of the Lux Weed. Though her eyes may scan over the vicinity in a lax attempt, she was truly relying on the Herbology prowess of Chase or one of the others. Especially with he matter of the non vision clouding her mind, all Mila wished to do was return to the castle and sleep, in an attempt to draw out her foresight. The necklace she carefully only ever wore in situations she could almost be sure she would not lose, nor break it, could only assist her in the endeavour. Chase's gift honed on her ether and intensified the visionary pull. She would need it. Remaining peculiarly quiet for one so prone to talking that she was oft' referred to as annoying, at least among those who didn't warm to the infectious little minx, however few of them there may be. It wasn't until Caly fell with a few curses, that Mila was brought back to the here and now. “Huh?” Seth was a little more on his game and soon he, and soon he, and his burden, were headed back toward the felled girl. Carrying the brunette, it was Mila who offered her hand – dainty limb reached over Seth's shoulder in an attempt to pull Calyope up.
23:59:59 Calyope merely laughed and stood up, dusitng the grass and what not off of her legs and derriere. "Thanks. I'm just full of grace." She chuckled and looked back down, picking up her torch. She tipped her head and looked closer at the gournd, wondering if she could find their Lux Weed here. "You alright MIla?" She didn't need to be best friends with the sable haired beauty to know that her being that quiet and contemplative to know something was up. HAd it been Seth or Chase being silent it'd have been expected, but with MIla it was another story entirely. Concern etched over the Greecian girl's features. She released Mila's hand, half wondering if the Seer needed a song, or what. It was a moment she wished she did know the Crux girl better. "thanks for coming back for me you two.'
00:06:28 [Seth] Seth stood there with a subtle smile given to Caly as he saw his third arm reach over his shoulder to help the girl up. It was pretty rad, having four arms, two of them being feminine. Who knew nailcare could be such a lovely passtime? His pearly whites revealed themselves when Caly stood, seeing that she wasn't really hurt from her fall. "No problem! Nobody gets left behind in our group.. I mean, unless you run away yourself." That reminded him. Chase? He turned his eyes to the trees, but didn't see his visage behind the foilage. Maybe he went a little deeper into the woods. "Hmm.. we oughta get a move on," he pointed out, turning with Mila in tow and starting to tread down the first clear path marked out for them. Of course he didn't run as Mila may of wanted at one point. With Caly here, he took it slow and even stepped aside so they could share the walk, while the minx played royalty on her packmule. "So! You guys stoked for tomorrow?" he asked. Of course, he hoped they heard about the school event he was arranging to celebrate Valentines. "I'm really hoping the Hearty Party doesn't flop, but people seemed pretty excited for it." Walking along, his hazel hues would do their own thing while he at least engaged in conversation. The sooner they could find that cursed Lux Weed, the sooner they could chillax out in the forest for awhile and put the schoolwork behind them. "Any guys ask you out to it? If not, folks are still welcome to show and find a valentine there. It's not biggie!"
00:41:51 [Calyope] The Hearty whatsit now? Oh fuck. THe siren's mind raced. TOmorrow was Valentine's day. And that made her visibky uncomfortable. "I, er. Well. I forgotwhattimeof themonthitwasanddidn'tsnagadatesoillstayinmydormalone." She said it in one big breath running it into one word. She'd stop, exhale. "I forgot it was Valentines, so no. No date. I'll probably spend the evening in my dorm, with my studies." She shrugged and dusted herself off, to ensure she was clean. "Soooooo, what about you two? Big romantic plans?" Cover cover cover. Let them talk so you don't have to further explain your hobbit likenesss. For a Siren, sometimes Caly was a little, well. strange.
00:52:08 [Seth] Seth at first tried his best to keep a straight face. It wasn't up to him to make sure his friends showed up to the event and had a blast. It did kinda do him a number though. One for Caly not catching any signs posted about the event and appearing new to the idea, and second to be shutting it down like Seth's work didn't do enough to cater to her. Finally a frown revealed itself, and Seth nodded. "Oh.. well, I'm sorry for that. It's pretty bogus," he muttered. Then came the mention of romantic plans. He glanced up at Mila. He normally wasn't one to hide anything if he was asked about it, so.. the honest truth came out. "Well, I hope I find some. I don't have a date either this year. I'm hosting the party, I've been putting it together and everything cause I figured it was a way to give back to the school and the couples out there, rather than being one of those guys that goes against the world kinda dealio. BUT.. I'm planning on trying to do something for somebody special. I'm kinda nervous about it though. I mean, I've never dated anyone before.." Oh those nevers. He could get a room drunk if he played that game again just out of things he had never done in the relationship department. "It's gonna be my first time asking someone like.. out, out. I don't know if the girl even likes me that way.. So, who knows? Either way, you should still give a shot, Caly. The party, I mean! I'll be playin all the music and stuff, and I'm sure they'll be guys to dance with. I thought you liked parties?" At least, that was how he first interpreted her at the holiday slumber party nearly two months ago.
00:58:47 [Calyope] She immediatley clasped ahand over her mouth. She didn't pay hardly attention to anything. At all. Heck. She was going to run away from the Yule ball, but Thane had pretty much escorted her in. And that event had went so well She bit her lip. "I's not bogus,it's just.God. Im such an idiot. Dances, they aren't my thing. I never get dates. And if I go alone, I iusually end up making bad decisions, or making people feel awkward cause I've been drinking and ... " She trailed off. Seth had a favored someone in mind. That was going to be one lucky lady, whoever she may be. Though, Caly thought to herself, it was probably MIla. Who wouldn't be crazy about the sable haired seer? She offered a smile. "Seth, the winter thing. I am so sorry for how I behaved. I'm sure it was uncomfortable and I was drunk and not thinking and probably crossed all sorts of lines." Shut up Shut up shut up! Her brain screamed at her, just a bit. "I'm sure your party will be fantastic. And whoever you have a surprised planned for, Will be a very luckywoman. " She looked at her feet. "I'll think about it, if I don't have too muchhomework. " That was really the best she could offer. No promises. No chances to fuck up again... Her brain made her hum. HAd she sang, the words would have said. I am a short fuse, I am a wrecking ball....
23:41:46 Belle "Anna let's go sit downstairs, I don't want to be up here in our rooms yet," she would mutter to the blonde curled friend of hers she found herself used to. Without waiting for an answer from Anna, the young Marisabel stood up and dropped the blanket she had wrapped around her form to reveal her black satin pajamas which were of long pants and a tank top with lace as short sleeves. Her hair was braided into a French braid and various little baby curls were out of the collection of her hair. Anna submissively stood and followed the skipping joy that was Marisabel till they ended downstairs in the common room that separated the boys and girls rooms. "Did you see the charming couple that was in the library before we came back here? I've seen that same boy falling all over another girl, but I think she's a different year." She seemed to dance to a plush chair and fell carefully onto it, having her shoulders on one of the arms as her legs sprawled over the other arm. She picked her head up to see Anna tiredly walking down the stairs and landing on the side of the couch that landed close by Marisabel. Anna leaned her form against the arm as she crossed her arms and laid her head where she was looking to Marisabel though her arm seemed to block some of her sight in one eye. "I swear, just because it's a big school doesn't mean you can get away with anything," she mumbled as she seemed to now talk to herself. "You know, it would be a sight to see if the girls noticed one another with the boy, but then how much of a mess it would be with everyone else around. Good lord I don't want to be pestered if I was one of the people who saw the two girls and they ask me about it." She scoffed and peeked over at Anna to see her eyes were fluttering to stay open, "Are you tired, Anna?"
23:54:09 Misetto cautiously moved down the stairs, as if he were trying to be sneaky, but he wasn't doing a terribly good job at it. He slowly backed into the room with the two sitting ladies, spun around and seemed suprised that they were there. "E-e-evening." He nodded to them and walked across the room, spun around, began walking back muttering to himself, spun around yet again and continued the way he was originally going. The late night often made it hard for Misetto to think. Instead of remembering where he had placed something, he remembered it being in all the places he had walked through that day. As he walked by for the third time, he ran into a sidetable. He had left his glasses somewhere and couldn't exactly see where he was going. "H-have you s-s-seen a p-pair of b-black glasses l-lying around?" He stood there nervously, tapping his foot and looking around the room while asking the question.
00:09:39 Belle turned just after she asked Anna the question, for her to notice the new face walking down the stairs that lead to the boy's rooms. Marisabel cocked a brow at the sight of the tall stranger and she grinned to giggle at what might have been nervousness. The Siren had no care if her little follower was now taking a nap on the couch as Marisabel chose to watch the motions of the boy. She remembered those motions and turns, her father too often would lose things and he would try to retrace his steps and usually he lost things cause of his little girl was mischievous and hid things from him so she could later on 'find them' and be rewarded. She moved around in the seat to sit properly, though her legs crossed up on the seat. As the boy spoke to them again, she giggled and sat back against the chair, "How cute, you stutter! ...But no, I haven't seen any glasses. Can you see without them?" Her hands moved to lay in her open lap as she let her fingers twirl about as she stared at the boy.
00:17:21 Misetto blushed then shook his head keeping his head slightly angled downward. "N-n-not well en-enough t-t-to move s-s-safely." He tried to move over toward the door and ended up nearly walking into the wall. "Why d-d-does this h-happen t-t-to me?" He rubbed his temples. Misetto turned around quickly and walked across the room for the fourth time. "I c-c-can't even rec-rec-reconize this p-p-place." Misetto squinted as he tried to see across the room. His face contorted with concentration and seriousness. "C-c-come on..." He tapped his temples then ran his hands through his hair, finding that his glasses were on his head the entire time. "I'm an i-i-idiot..." Misetto slid his glasses into place and started to make his way to the door, looking down, avoiding eye contact and mumbling to himself.
00:24:45 Belle gave a soft grunt as a response when he went back to moving about the room in search for his glasses. Due to him being so tall, she didn't even see the glasses were ontop of his head. Nor did his messy hair help either, it camouflaged the useful things. Marisabel peeked at Anna as she saw an opportunity and she scoffed at the sight of the girls little cat nap in process. She turned back to the stuttering boy just as he was giving the looks of being frustrated and suddenly found his glasses. Marisabel grinned and gave another giggle, "How amusing, did you not feel them?" She saw him walking off and she sat up, "Hey don't leave!" she sounded rather demanding, "Stay in here, and chat. My friend is deciding to sleep on me." She would poke her bottom lip out to pout if he happened to turn around, her hands still fiddling in her lap.
00:37:00 Misetto walked over to a chair across from Belle and sat down stiffly. "I-I don't kn-kn-know. I g-g-guess it's m-m-my hair?" He braught his legs up to sit cross legged. Misetto always found this way to be more comfortable and warmer than having your feet on the floor anyway. Misetto noticed that her hands were fliddling in her lap. He decided not to question it at the moment, but perhaps later if the fiddling continued or became more noticeable. Misetto began cracking his each the joints in his knuckles and moved to his neck. It sounded like a plastic bottle being mashed. "S-s-so...I'm M-M-Misetto." He shifted his weight comfortably in his chair then he extended his long arm and boney fingers. "Y-y-you are?" He let a quick smile escape his face. Misetto wasn't much for conversation, as he didn't really know how to hold one because anyone who spoke with him would either get annoyed with his stutter or he'd be so nervous he wouldn't be able to talk. Seeing as the night couldn't get any worse, why not converse?
00:55:50 Belle watched the boy move back to decide to sit down and she picked her hands up to clap her hands together quietly as she seemed to be cheery about him staying. Marisabel heard Anna move about on the couch and make a small grunt of some sort which made the young Siren wrinkle her nose. "Well why not keep it cut, or brush it?" she turned back to him and watched him situate himself on the chair before she sat up with her back pressed to the chair and stared at him as she heard the various pops. "Not something I like to hear..." she mumbled to herself before she trailed her eyes down his arm to see his hand. Marisabel giggled, "I don't think you'll want to touch me, you might become overwhelmed. Though the sight of me should be enough to make you weak in your knees." The words danced off her tongue as she seemed to flirtatiously lean forward and let her hand slowly pick up if he didn't already move his hand away. She would leave a few inches between their hands and she slowly curled her fingers to move her hand Belle away from his, "I'm not being rude, sweetie. I'm just saving you from possible heart break." The confidence of Marisabel was deserving of a Siren, though being how young she was she seemed to act as a seductive woman in her mid-twenties who was out at a bar to charm some man away for a night.
01:08:13 Misetto ran his hand through his hair. "I t-t-tend to f-f-forget th-th-things." As she explained that she was a siren, Misetto retracted his arm. "Oh...Y-y-you don't s-s-say?" He spoke sheepishly. It was quite obvious that he was nervous, but now that he knew she was a siren, Misetto could relax a little. "W-w-well then." He trailed off into thought, not really knowing what to say or do. First conversations were always the worst, but Misetto tended to stop caring about things when nightfall came and he often became more negligent during the night hours as well. He nodded to her, awaiting some sort of a response to keep the conversation going. He liked to talk, he just was never any good at it. Misetto adjusted his glasses on his nose. He slouched back in his chair, legs still crossed. "Wh-wh-what's y-y-your favorite cl-cl-class?" He put his hands behind his head and leaned further backwards.
01:17:02 Belle giggled when he moved his hand back away from her, "Yes, and then you will be shouting through the halls about your undying love for me. And others would simply know it's for me," she grinned at the thought. What fun that would be to watch, having someone here already wrapped around her finger besides Anna. She found the girl rather adorable, but so much submissiveness turned Marisabel off. "Misetto," she seemed to purr his name for a tease, "you can call me Marisabel or whatever you find easier--but only if it doesn't offend me." She cantered her head as Misetto changed the topic and she perked up at the thought, "I like the classes that do with Liberal arts. Music class, dance class, theatre, I live to be in the limelight!" She moaned to reminisce about all the afterschool lessons she took, she always made herself the best and favored student.
01:24:41 Misetto nervously chuckled as she grinned and scooted back a smidge. Changing the subject, "H-h-how will I kn-know what does and d-d-d-doesn't offend y-y-you?" As she spoke of doing liberal arts, Misetto chimed, "I w-w-was never g-g-good at anything l-like th-that. I work w-w-with books. All I-I-I'm ever good for." He rubbed his eyes, readjusted his glasses and yawned. "I bet y-y-you were w-w-well liked? What m-m-made you c-c-come here i-if you w-w-were the b-b-best? I'm n-n-not saying that th-th-this school is b-b-bad, but I w-w-was j-jusst curious..." He squinted through his glasses.
01:33:37 Belle giggled in delight, "You may call me by either my birth name, or Marisa, or Mari (pronounced Mary), or Isa, or Belle. Or even cute little names just for you to say works for me." As they went on about school, she tilted her head innocently and her eyes seemed to light up at what he said, "Books? So if I was to ask you to help me out with a sort of project, might you help me out, love?" She loved to use sweet little names to all she met, she felt that if they saw she liked them then they would become of use to her. But also she just got so accustomed to saying them since every elder around her would coo at her and call her everything darling. Her expression seemed to change as he yawned, not pleased he gave a sign of being bored or tired. The girl huffed and sat back in her seat to pout, "Because I was using my gift for my own fun on the poor weak and gullible humans. But how can you not when the sight of them just being completely baffled by you is such a treat!" An unneeded squeal of joy echoed the room Belle before she bit her bottom lip, "I've been told I would get in trouble if I used my gift for selfish reasons here, but like I care..." she lowered her tone to peer away and over to Anna as she changed position again in her sleep.
01:42:53 Misetto scratched his head. "I-I-I guess I c-c-could h-help, M-Mari?" Misetto stammered and blushed. "I..I um... I th-th-think I sh-sh-should be g-getting to b-b-bed." Standing up, he braught his hand to his chin as she explained why she was put in here. "Un-un-understandable." He nodded and proceded to walk out the door toward his dorm room. "I-i-if you re-remind me, I'll g-g-give you the st-st-story of why I g-g-got sent here t-t-tomorrow." He rubbed his temples and made his way up the stairs. Misetto then spun around, rushing a tad, then deciding against that decision, spinning around again and walking back up the stairs. He changed his mind two more times after that. It was a rather helarious sight to to see and hear. Misetto wasn't the kind to be terribly...graceful.
01:54:47 Belle bit the tip of her tongue as he spoke her name, it felt he was more comfortable now and she would love to take that advantage. She submitted into being relaxed and sat back more comfortably into the seat, until he mentioned bed and she gaped her mouth open in disbelief he was going to bed. Her head turned away and her expression changed, not caring to watch him walk away until he brought up about tomorrow. She glanced at the corner of her eye to snort disapprovingly and waited till he walked off, "Goodnight." The sound of his footsteps kept her from getting up till all she heard left was the sound of her and Anna's breathing. She stood up out of the chair and over to Anna, shaking her gently, "Anna, let's go to sleep." Anna woke up from her sleep and tiredly nodded to stand up and rub her eyes under her glasses. Marisabel would be looking away as she felt the feeling of Anna grabbing one of her hands and squeezing softly before Marisabel led her upstairs, giving in to Anna's grip.
